still quality.

Will taxes, insurance & HOA dues be paid until I purchase?

Can you guarantee my home won't
be sold from under me?
 
YES    You have the first right to purchase for 5-years, we cannot sell this home to anyone accept you! You'll have peace of mind.
 
NO    With just 30 days notices to vacate, your landlord may sell the home to another buyer.
Can I have
pets in my
new home?
